Team Flip Flop is back for the greatly anticipated
Cheltenham Half! We've been anxiously waiting for this since last year, we've been training hard (well sometimes!) and we a raring to go (well almost!). 

A small but perfectly formed team of runners taking on the roads of Cheltenham, all in memory of Ben and to support the amazing work that continues to support families when they need it most. The doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.

To put into perspective how valuable your donations are, here's some
running costs for the hospice. Please use these as your motives behind a donation as every penny really does count.

* £19 pays for one hour hospice care

*£140 pays for the cost of a nurse for a day
